The governing board for the Friends of Wisconsin State Parks consists of 15 directors elected by the voting members of the Friends of Wisconsin State Parks at the annual meeting. The board of directors elects a president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer from its members to serve without compensation for a one-year term beginning January 1.
